Kailan studied Drama and Theatre at the University of Kent, graduating with a Masters in Creative Producing.
He previously worked as Programme & Productions Coordinator for Theatre Royal Windsor and Bill Kenwright Ltd for 4 years, leading on administration, outreach, and programming for Theatre Royal Windsor, whilst working across numerous BKL/TRW productions including Ian McKellen’s Hamlet (stage and feature film), Heathers, as Producer for BKL’s Offie-nominated Edinburgh Fringe production DOM The Play, and performed in the UK Tour of Darker Shores and Jack and the Beanstalk.
For Rodeo Productions, Kailan has worked on & Juliet (UK Tour), Every Brilliant Thing (West End), Operation Mincemeat (UK Tour), and is Executive Assistant to the Producers.
