Rodeo Productions is an independent production company, set up to develop, produce and general manage new and exciting, high-quality theatre and entertainment across the globe.

Founders Rebecca Quigley and Aidan Grounds bring together over 40 years of experience. They are at the heart of the theatre industry, creating and managing new musicals and plays in the West End, on Broadway and internationally.

Current productions include: Executive Producer, General Management and Venue Management for Come Alive! The Greatest Showman Circus Spectacular (London); Producer and General Manager for & Juliet on tour in the UK and International Executive Producer for the German Production. & Juliet is also currently running on Broadway and on tour across the USA. The show has previously run in Canada, Australia and Singapore.

 

Rodeo is developing a number of new projects with world-leading composers, writers and creatives with several projects opening over the next 12 months. Rebecca and Aidan also provide consulting and executive producing services to companies including The Seelig Group, The Roald Dahl Story Company, Tilted and P3. Recent productions include work with Greene Light Stage and Rocket Stage on James Graham, Jake Shears and Elton John’s Tammy Faye, and A Mirror starring Johnny Lee Miller in the West End.

Rebecca Quigley

Prior to forming Rodeo Productions, Rebecca was the CEO and Producer of Greene Light Stage. Before joining Greene Light Stage she was the Managing Director and Producer at Stage Entertainment UK, where her credits included the first UK productions of Made In Dagenham, Sister Act and Hairspray; General Manager for Working Title Films, where she managed the original multi-award winning Billy Elliot the musical and General Manager for Tiger Aspect, where she managed the Olivier Award winning musical Our House. Rebecca began her production career working for Andre Ptaszynski at Pola Jones.

She currently sits on the boards of the Society of London Theatre (SOLT) and National Theatre Productions.

Aidan Grounds

Prior to Rodeo Productions, Aidan was Associate Producer and General Manager at Greene Light Stage. He was previously Executive Producer at Curve Leicester and he has worked in his hometown of Southampton at both Nuffield Southampton Theatres as Director of Creative Programmes and MAST Mayflower Studios as Creative Producer. He has also worked in the fundraising team at the Young Vic, with music company Air-Edel, and with producer Thelma Holt CBE. He was the inaugural Executive Director of Reading Rep which he started while studying at Oxford University. Aidan has been supported by UnLtd and EY’s Accelerate Programme for social entrepreneurs.

He is a Trustee for Stage One and Chair of Reading Rep. He is proud of his Vincentian and Indian background.

Jess Bradley

Assistant Producer

Prior to joining Rodeo, Jess spent three years at Sonia Friedman Productions where she worked on the London and international productions of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child as well as Mean Girls and Patriots. She has also worked as an Assistant Production Accountant at the BBC and as a runner for the Production Guild.

Jess graduated with a Music degree from Oxford University and is the Co-Founder and Producer for the London chamber choir, MOSAIC.

Max Emmerson

Associate General Manager

Max is a Producer & General Manager working between the commercial and subsidised theatre sectors. He has previously worked as Producer for Birmingham Rep, Secret Cinema and Leeds Playhouse and Assistant Producer at the Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester. Max began his career as Production Co-ordinator for Bill Kenwright and has been supported by Stage One through the apprenticeship scheme, bursary and most recently the New York exchange programme in 2024.

Victoria Gagliano

General Manager

Known as Tori to friends and colleagues, the native New Yorker studied Stage Management at Boston University and has worked as a Company Manager Off-Broadway on the North American premiere of Tribes and Every Brilliant Thing, as well as Hit the Wall, Buyer & Cellar and The Flick.

In 2016 Tori relocated to London to produce comedy and cabaret, transferring the long-running NewsRevue to the West End for the first time in 2018.

Since then she has managed large-scale immersive shows with Secret Cinema, BBC, and Live Nation.

Joe Leather

Trainee Producer/General Manager

Joe studied Law at Durham University and Musical Theatre at the Royal Academy of Music. They have performed in shows including Jersey Boys, Oklahoma! and Punchdrunk’s Sleep No More, and on for Britain’s Got Talent and The Last Leg. They are an Offie Award-winning writer and drag artist who provided lyrics and script for Queenz: The Show With Balls, Comedy Gold and Queenz: Drag Me to the Disco!

 

Joe is being supported at Rodeo by the Stage One Placement Scheme.

Tara Matthews

General Manager

Tara began her career working closely with David Pugh and Dafydd Rogers, on shows such as Malory Towers, Educating Rita, Brief Encounter, The Band Musical, Calendar Girls The Musical and Art.

Tara then went on to work at Crossroads Live where she worked on the UK and international tours of Chicago, School of Rock, Waitress and Magic Mike Live in the West End.

Before joining Rodeo Productions, Tara was the General Manager at Greene Light Stage.
